Kinley (elbow) is set to begin a rehab assignment next week in the Arizona Complex League, Patrick Lyons of TheDNVR.com reports.
Kinley is a full 12 months removed from June 2022 surgery to repair the flexor tendon in his right elbow and should be an option for the Rockies' bullpen at some point in the second half of the 2023 campaign.
