He was held hitless just once in July. His fantastic month has him batting .349 on the year, 17 points ahead of Cleveland's Steven Kwan for the best average in the majors. Witt has added a stellar .992 OPS, 19 home runs, 24 steals, 76 RBI, 91 runs scored, 30 doubles and 10 triples across 109 contests this season.
