Harvey was removed from Sunday's game against the Cubs due to an apparent injury, Anne Rogers of MLB.com reports.
The right-hander threw just seven of 22 pitches for strikes as he walked two batters in two-thirds of an inning before departing the contest in discomfort. It was Harvey's third appearance since being acquired by the Royals, and his availability going forward is now unclear.
