Perez put the Royals ahead for good with an RBI single in the third inning, and he knocked in another run with a double in the fifth. The catcher hit .267 (24-for-90) with five home runs and 21 RBI over 23 contests in July. He's up to a .278/.336/.467 slash line, 19 home runs, 73 RBI, 43 runs scored and 17 doubles across 106 contests this year, and he's successfully bounced back from his June swoon.
