Royals catcher Salvador Perez left Thursday's game against the Mariners with a possible concussion, according to the Kansas City Star.
Perez left after hitting an RBI single in the fifth inning. He had taken a hard foul off his mask earlier in the game. Perez is hitting .281/.315/.412 in 417 at-bats.
