Davis was designated for assignment by the Tigers on Tuesday.
Davis was promoted for his big-league debut at the end of the season and went 2-for-10 with a walk, two runs and a stolen base in three games. The 25-year-old spent most of 2022 at Triple-A Toledo and had a .232/.342/.409 slash line in 103 contests.
