Keith (thumb) will start at designated hitter and bat third in Wednesday's game versus the Blue Jays.
Keith was scratched from Monday's lineup with left thumb soreness and did not play Tuesday. However, he feels well enough to serve as the DH on Wednesday as the Tigers look to complete the series sweep.
