Keith went 2-for-4 with a stolen base in Friday's 3-2 loss to the Giants.

Keith has gone 7-for-33 (.212) over his first eight games in August. His steal Friday was his sixth of the campaign and his first since July 7. The infielder has added a decent .251/.307/.388 slash line with 11 home runs, 42 RBI, 41 runs scored, 11 doubles and three triples across 397 plate appearances. Keith continues to see a majority of the playing time at second base despite his fairly average performance, and he also regularly bats in the top third of the order.
