Norris (0-0) allowed three runs on seven hits and three walks across 6.1 innings en route to a no-decision Sunday against the Red Sox. He struck out two.

Norris allowed no shortage of baserunners but was aided by a caught stealing, a double play and some crucial defensive plays to help mitigate the damage. He had a lead entering the seventh inning but proceeded to allow the tying run before he was pulled with one out in the frame. While there is room for improvement, Norris was still able to deliver a quality start against one of the league's top offenses in his season debut and will look to build on this performance Friday against the Indians.
