The Tigers activated Rogers (oblique) from the 10-day injured list Tuesday.
Rogers missed six weeks with a strained oblique but is back in the lineup Tuesday against the Cardinals, catching for Tarik Skubal. With Rogers reinstated, Detroit designated Tomas Nido for assignment. Rogers and Dillon Dingler are likely to share time behind the plate moving forward.
