Rogers is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Royals.
After catching both of the first two games of the series with Kansas City, Rogers will get a breather with Wednesday's finale beginning at 1:10 p.m. ET. Eric Haase will step in behind the plate to form a battery with starting pitcher Matthew Boyd.
