Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander completed a bullpen session on Friday, and is scheduled for a simulated game Tuesday in Oakland, reports MLB.com.
Verlander has been sidelined all season because of a triceps injury. He is scheduled to start a minor-league rehab assignment at some point after the simulated game.
"We'll cross that bridge when we get there," manager Brad Ausmus said, per the Detroit Free Press.
