Single-A Lakeland placed Salcedo on the 7-day injured list June 3 with an undisclosed injury.
Salcedo last pitched May 29, giving up four earned runs on five hits and one walk while striking out one in three innings in his fifth appearance of the season. He made his season debut April 24 after missing the start of the year recovering from meniscus surgery.
