The Tigers recalled Englert from Triple-A Toledo on Monday.
Englert returned from Toledo's 7-day injured list Thursday after recovering from right elbow inflammation. Across his 11 major-league outings this season, he's posted a 5.95 ERA and 1.32 WHIP over 19.2 innings. Englert will join the Tigers' bullpen with left-hander Will Vest (personal) going on the paternity list in a corresponding move.
