Meadows went 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's 3-1, 10-inning win over the Royals.
Meadows batted ninth with Kansas City starting lefty Cole Ragans, but he still managed to make a big impact, delivering a go-ahead RBI single in the top of the 10th inning. The young outfielder has rebounded in a big way from a tough start to the season. Meadows was batting .096 through 32 games when he was demoted to Triple-A Toledo in early May. In 40 games since getting called back up in July, he's batting .310.
