Holton worked around a hit and a walk to toss 1.1 scoreless innings of relief and earn a hold in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Orioles. He struck out one.
Holton has been generating fantasy value in multiple ways recently. The lefty earned a win in relief Wednesday, picked up a save on Friday and then recorded his 13th hold of the season Sunday, as he entered in the sixth inning to face the heart of Baltimore's lineup in a close game. Holton lowered his ERA to a stellar 2.17 in the process, and he should continue to be a valuable bullpen weapon for the Tigers.
