The Orioles traded Kremer to the Twins on Friday in exchange for minor-league outfielder Jhomnardo Reyes, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.
Kremer has been lit up in each of his last two starts, coughing up 14 earned runs in just 10 innings to raise his ERA to 6.50 through 36 frames (seven starts). Now in Minnesota, he figures to claim a spot in the Twins' rotation but could be at risk of moving to the bullpen if his performance doesn't improve.
