Sanchez is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rangers, Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic reports.
Sanchez went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer Saturday but will take a seat Sunday for the second time in the past four games. Ryan Jeffers will receive another start behind the plate while Byron Buxton rests his legs as the designated hitter.
