Nolasco did not factor into the decision in Friday's 7-6 loss to the Indians, giving up four hits, four earned runs and three walks over six innings. He struck out three.

Nolasco was adequate, but fell victim to the long ball in back-to-back frames. Yan Gomes touched him up for a solo job in the second, while Jason Kipnis did the honors in the third inning. It's been a recurring trend for the 33-year-old, who has surrendered at least one gopher ball in five of seven starts this season and double-digit flyballs in four of those contests as well. His ERA has been on a steady climb, rising after each of his last four starts.
