Lewis was removed from Sunday's game against the Guardians due to left shoulder soreness, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.
Lewis went 0-for-2 before being replaced at first base for the top of the sixth inning. The severity of the injury isn't clear, so the 27-year-old should be considered day-to-day until the team updates his status.
