Jeffers is not in the lineup Thursday against the White Sox.

Christian Vazquez will catch and bat ninth for the visiting Twins. Jeffers has enjoyed a productive second half overall and hit a double Wednesday versus the Rays, but he is essentially sharing starts with Vazquez here in mid-September.
