White Sox super lefty Chris Sale would be on his regular rest Sunday, but will pitch Monday instead against Toronto, per ESPN.com.
A lack of run support has kept Sale winless since June 8. He has fanned at least 10 in eight consecutive starts, tying a record set by Pedro Martinez.
Carlos Rodon will get the start on Sunday against the Orioles.
