Benintendi is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against Detroit.
The White Sox will go with Zach DeLoach, Luis Robert and Dominic Fletcher across the outfield for their regular-season finale. Benintendi will end his second season with the White Sox slashing .229/.289/.396 with 20 home runs and 64 RBI across 522 plate appearances.
