Vaughn is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mariners.
Vaughn started the first nine games of the second half but will sit Sunday after going 7-for-35 with a .451 OPS during that stretch. Gavin Sheets will take over at first base and bat cleanup for the White Sox.
