Vaughn will get playing time in right field now that Eloy Jimenez is healthy and active, Vinnie Duber of NBC Sports Chicago reports.
Manager Tony La Russa expressed confidence in Vaughn's ability to play right field. The White Sox have enjoyed flexibility at the designated hitter spot since demoting Yermin Mercedes, and putting Jimenez in left field will allow that to remain the case.
