Guyer (elbow) drew the start in left field and went 0-for-3 out of the No. 9 spot Sunday against Oakland.
Guyer had been battling through some right elbow soreness, but he was able to play the field in Sunday's spring game. While he appears to have returned to health, the White Sox may monitor him closely to prevent further damage.
