Rodon's next start will be moved up to Wednesday against the Red Sox, Dan Hayes of CSN Chicago reports.
Rodon was initially slated to go Thursday, but the departure of Wednesday's scheduled starter John Danks necessitated the move. He'll still face the same Boston club he was originally planned to oppose and will be working on full rest, so it shouldn't be too drastic of a change.
