Kuhl had a rough 2023 season with the Nationals, posting an 8.45 ERA over 38.1 innings prior to being released before midseason. The veteran right-hander is headed to a team desperate for arms, but Kuhl nonetheless figures to start the 2024 season at Triple-A Charlotte.
