White Sox's Chase Meidroth: Getting rest Saturday

Meidroth isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Tigers.

The White Sox will give Meidroth a break Saturday after he went 0-for-4 with a pair of strikeouts during a loss in Friday's series opener. Sam Antonacci will shift to second base, opening up left field for Randal Grichuk.
