Randolph signed a minor-league contract with the White Sox on Monday.
After the Phillies elected not to add him to the 40-man roster this winter, Randolph elected free agency and sat on the open market for several months before landing with the White Sox. Though he's only 24 years old and is a prospect of some pedigree as a 2015 first-round pick, Randolph didn't flash a fantasy friendly profile during his seven years in the Philadelphia organization. He spent the majority of the 2021 campaign at Triple-A Lehigh Valley, hitting .234 with five home runs and five stolen bases across 164 plate appearances.
