Jimenez left Tuesday's game against the Royals in the first inning after colliding with teammate Charlie Tilson in the outfield.
Jimenez appeared to be holding his right shoulder after the play on what looked to be an innocuous collision with Tilson. Ryan Cordell replaced him in the game.
