Haase and the White Sox agreed on a minor-league contract Tuesday, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.
Haase went unclaimed off waivers after being cut loose by the Giants on Thursday, and he has now found a new home with Chicago. The catcher will report to Triple-A Charlotte, and he will have to be added to the 40-man roster in order for the White Sox to promote him to the major-league roster at any point this season.
