Abreu went 1-for-5 with a two-run homer in Wednesday's 8-7 win over the Rays.

Abreu's fourth-inning line drive left Guaranteed Rate Field in a hurry to open the scoring Wednesday afternoon. His .252 average is a far cry from the .317 he posted in his MVP campaign a year ago, but Abreu remains an impactful bat in the middle of the White Sox's order. The homer was Abreu's first since May 29.
