The White Sox outrighted Bush (elbow/lat) to Triple-A Charlotte on Monday.
Bush missed each of the last two seasons, first due to his recovery from Tommy John surgery and later because of a strained left lat. It's unclear where Bush is currently health-wise. He'll remain in the organization but is not on the 40-man roster.
