Sosa is not in the lineup for Monday's contest in Baltimore.
Sosa has been an everyday player of late while splitting time between second base and third base, but he'll take a seat in the series opener versus the Orioles. Nicky Lopez will cover second base and Miguel Vargas will start at third base for the White Sox.
