The White Sox recalled Peralta from Triple-A Charlotte on Monday.
Peralta is taking the roster and bullpen spot vacated by Michael Kopech, who was traded to the Dodgers earlier Tuesday. The left-hander has covered six innings in the majors this season, permitting four runs.
