Peters was removed from Friday's game against the Tigers with an apparent head injury, Chris McCosky of The Detroit News reports.
Peters was taken out of the game immediately after crashing into the wall while chasing down a flyball in the fifth inning. The White Sox will presumably evaluate him for a concussion, and an update on his health should come in the near future.
