Volpe went 2-for-5 with a solo home run, an additional run and a stolen base in Friday's loss to the Red Sox.
Volpe put the Yankees on the board in the second inning with a solo shot to center field and added a single in the fifth. The shortstop has three multi-hit performances across his past four games and has hit safely in seven of his past eight contests. Over that stretch, he's batting .344 with two home runs, five RBI, five runs and three stolen bases.
