Beeter (shoulder) was transferred from the 7-day injured list to the 60-day IL at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on July 22.
Beeter last pitched for Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on May 15, and he was subsequently transferred to the 7-day IL due to a shoulder injury. Yankees general manager Brian Cashman said July 9 that the 25-year-old was in danger of missing the remainder of the season, so it's not surprising to see him transferred to the 60-day IL. Beeter had been pitching well prior to getting hurt, posting a 2.53 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 44:21 K:BB over 32 innings for the Triple-A club. He also got into one game for the Yankees, allowing one hit in a scoreless inning versus Houston on March 29.
