Sanchez was removed from Game 2 of Thursday's doubleheader prior to the bottom of the fourth inning, Lindsey Adler of The Athletic reports.
It's not yet clear what forced his removal. Sanchez, who was 0-for-1 with a walk before exiting, was replaced by Kyle Higashioka.
