Dominguez was returned to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Sunday.
Dominguez came up as the extra man for the Little League Classic and was in the starting lineup, batting fifth while playing left field. He went 0-for-4 with three strikeouts and will now head back to Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
