Chisholm is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays.
The Yankees will go with a right-handed-heavy lineup to counter southpaw Patrick Corbin in the series finale. Jose Caballero will get the nod at second base while Chisholm retreats to the bench along with fellow left-handed hitters J.C. Escarra, Ryan McMahon and Spencer Jones.
