Peraza was reassigned to the Yankees' minor-league spring training Friday.
Pereza joined New York as a non-roster invitee but was unable to nab a spot on the Opening Day roster. He appeared in 64 games for the Mets last season and hit .204/.266/.380 with six home runs and 20 RBI.
