Yankees manager Aaron Boone said that Trevino (hamstring) will travel with the team to Seattle and has a chance to be activated from the 10-day injured list before Tuesday's game against the Mariners, Pete Caldera of The Bergen Record reports.

Prior reports suggested that Trevino could be activated prior to Sunday's game against San Diego, but that didn't come to pass. The backstop is currently on the shelf with a left hamstring strain, but Trevino looks like he'll be ready to return to action for the Yankees by the middle of next week. Kyle Higashioka and Ben Rortvedt have been holding down the fort at catcher while Trevino has been on the IL.
