Trevino (quadriceps) could start a rehab assignment as soon as Sunday, Chris Kirschner of The Athletic reports.
Trevino has been sidelined for three weeks due to a Grade 2 strain of his left quad. However, the catcher is getting close to appearing in games, with Sunday or Tuesday being named as potential dates for Trevino's minor-league rehab to begin. It's unclear how many rehab games he'll require before being cleared for activation.
