Graham was traded to the Yankees on Saturday for a player to be named later or cash considerations.
Once a noteworthy prospect in the Braves organization, Graham struggled largely as a member of the Twins organization over the past two seasons, and the Yankees will see if they can salvage his professional career. He has made just one start since 2014, and will likely be developed as a reliever by the Yankees. Graham will be optioned to Double-A Trenton.
