Grisham hit a grand slam in his lone at-bat in Wednesday's 10-6 loss to the Rangers.

Grisham entered the game as a defensive replacement when the Yankees were down 10-2. He came up with a big slam in the ninth inning, but the Yankees didn't build on it. Grisham has functioned as a fourth outfielder lately and hadn't collected a hit since Aug. 14. He's slashing a paltry .187/.294/.380 with eight homers, 28 RBI, 20 runs scored and one stolen base over 195 plate appearances.
