Pestano signed a minor league contract with the Yankees on Wednesday, Matt Eddy of Baseball America reports.
Pestano enjoyed success early in his career with the Indians, but has struggled to find his form lately. He spent the majority of last season in the minors and figures to serve as organizational depth in the bullpen.
