  • Marlins' Archie Bradley: Sent to Triple-A
    By RotoWire

Bradley was outrighted to Triple-A Jacksonville on Monday, per the MLB Transactions Log. Bradley was booted from the 40-man roster Saturday and will now report to Triple-A after failing to draw any interest from around the league. He's tallied a 2.95 ERA and 0.99 WHIP with a 16:5 K:BB across 18.1 frames so far this season for the Jumbo Shrimp.

  • Bradley was designated for assignment by the Marlins on Saturday, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports. Bradley signed a minor-league deal with the Marlins in mid-April and reached the big-league club just over two months later. He's struggled to a 12.27 ERA in 7.1 innings of relief with the big-league club, so it's no surprised to see the team decide to move on. George Soriano was recalled to take his place on the roster.

  • The Marlins selected Bradley's contract from Triple-A Jacksonville on Tuesday, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports. Bradley signed a minor-league deal with the Marlins in April and has performed very well since, logging a 2.95 ERA and 0.99 WHIP through 18.1 frames across nine appearances. He gives Miami a multi-inning relief option and will replace Huascar Brazoban, who was optioned to Jacksonville in a corresponding move.

  • Bradley signed a minor-league contract with the Marlins on Wednesday, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports. Bradley is coming off a 2022 campaign in which he missed a significant amount of time due to elbow and back injuries. When he was healthy, he was able to put up a 4.82 ERA and 1.29 WHIP through 18.2 innings. The 30-year-old reliever will presumably head to Triple-A Jacksonville and serve as organizational depth, though he will need to be added to the 40-man roster before he can contribute in the big leagues.

  • Bradley was placed on the 15-day injured list with a forearm strain Thursday, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports. Bradley returned Tuesday after missing three months with a broken right elbow, but he's back on the shelf just two days later with a different injury. He didn't make an appearance during his brief time on the active roster, and he'll end the year with a 4.82 ERA in 18.2 innings of relief.
