The 26-year-old has been hot over his past 10 games, logging five multi-hit efforts with a homer, seven thefts and eight runs scored. On the season, he is hitting .264 with 22 home runs, 65 RBI, 68 runs scored and 34 steals across 546 plate appearances.

Chisholm went 2-for-4 with a run, an RBI and two stolen bases in an 8-4 victory versus Texas on Monday. Chisholm singled home a run in the sixth inning and subsequently scored on a wild pitch, then laced a single in the eighth and proceeded to swipe both second and third base. It was the third baseman's second straight game with two steals, pushing him to 32 thefts on the campaign. Chisholm has been particularly active on the basepaths since joining the Yankees in late July, tallying 10 stolen bases over 24 games.

The long ball was Chisholm's second in his past three games and pushed his season total to a career-high 22. Chisholm has looked fine at the plate since returning from an elbow injury last Friday, going 6-for-22 (.273 average) with four extra-base hits, three runs and three RBI across six contests.
